• 2 Storage tanks in cells of 35,000 tons. Total 70,000 tons.
• 1 Storage tanks in cells of 15,000 tons.
• 1 Fiscal Warehouse tanks of 6k square meters, for general cargos.
• 1 Storage tanks of 4k square meters, for general cargos.
• 2 Truck unloading platform with a capacity of 300 tons per hour.
• Parking lot of 20,000m2 for 200 trucks.
• 2 Fiscal and National Scales for trucks.
• Central draft and quality control of grains.
• Dock for barges of 50,000 m2.
• Railway Connection through the Mesopotamic Railway.
• Open and fiscal open spaces.
