The port terminal of Guazú S.A is located to the south of the Province of Entre Ríos, in the municipality of Villa Paranacito, head of the Department of Islas del Ibicuy, on the Paraná River coast; It is located at km 178 on the left bank of the Paraná Guazú River and at km 113 on Route 12.

DEL GUAZU S.A It is a Private Multipurpose Terminal destined to the reception, storage, loading and unloading of merchandise.

In 2007, the month of April, the terminal began operating with the first operation of cereal vessels.Del Guazú, is located in a province producing large volumes of all types of cereals, among which are: wheat, corn, soybeans, sunflower, rice and its derivatives.

Promote business and industrial development in the area of ​​influence of Puerto Del Guazú S.A. facilitating the movement of goods and logistics services. The mission of the port is to contribute to the economic and social development of its area of ​​influence through the efficient and sustainable management of its port infrastructure and the provision of quality services. To have an integral and reliable information system, in order to simplify the methods and procedures both for the internal organization and for the user, in this way the daily management will be facilitated.

Vision

Promote all actions that help to turn the port of Guazú SA into a logistics platform for container and general cargo, consolidating and developing, at the same time, the revenues and expenses of general cargoes that are the basis of the business at present and in parallel, to study and identify business opportunities that help position the port as a referential enclave in the metropolitan area.

Access to ports: A fundamental part of a port system

In the modern concept, a port without proximity to the railroad is not an efficient port. As well as it is not efficient a port that does not have good road accesses.
